this week has been far more relaxing than week – I even got to sleep in a few times!
This weekend I am “celebrating” my birthday because it is on Monday. I do not know what I am going to do but I suspect it will involve training, coaching and homework. tyyyyyyyyypical. I am hoping to try out a new restaurant or two.
Training this week has been GREAT! I finally have figured out some new skills that we’ve been working on and playing with for a while now – most notably a Miller (triple twisting, double back flip) and
“Full Rudi” (two and a half twisting, double front flip).
Just wanted to give a quick update. off to the gym now to do some Social Media planning for the gym.
I am starting some new books this week. I am going to make an effort to read everyday!
